Mary Jo Cairns, Senior Consultant
Mary Jo Cairns is the Senior Consultant for Charleston Silver Service. She has more than 15 years of professional experience working with seniors in the areas of health, long-term planning, care management and housing. She is familiar with the Tri-county retirement communities and is an outstanding source for many other community resources and services for seniors. As a Geriatric Care Manager, Mary Jo has a specialized body of knowledge and experience related to aging and elder care issues.
Dawna Niklaus, a Realtor, holds the prestigious Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. As an SRES she is specially trained to help seniors make smart decisions about selling their homes. Dawna has been among the top Realtors in Charleston for the past 15 years and has helped many seniors with their real estate needs.
